1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it, operated by Jahanzaad – by Arslan Abbas ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All books, editions, and related products listed on this site are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated at any time without prior notice; the price at the time your order is placed is the price you'll be charged.
3. Signed Copies & Special Requests
Signed copies are offered for a limited time and may be discontinued at any point, including after a first edition sells out. Special requests (such as signing preferences noted in Edition Preferences at checkout) are honored on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Orders & Payment
We accept payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and credit/debit cards through our payment partner, XPay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard deliveries in all cities via our courier partner, PostEx. Orders delivered to village or remote areas are sent via Pakistan Post and require advance payment, since Pakistan Post is not our official courier partner and COD is not available for these orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times and charges are listed on our Shipping page. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier conditions, location, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by contacting us directly (via WhatsApp) before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies instead.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to text, poetry, book excerpts, images, and branding — is the property of Jahanzaad – by Arslan Abbas or its respective rights holders, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take care in packaging and shipping every order, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier partners, Pakistan Post, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
